Birthday week at the Cape was great. Biked daily, spent a day in P-Town. Ate well - would recommend Brewster Fish House and Cape Sea Grille in Harwich Port - excellent.

Kids for Breakfast
We have the grandkids for breakfast this morning. So good to see them - we have Jake every week but don't get to see Isy as much. Thank God for tech Jake can play PS3 while Isy watches a Netflix download in the same room at the same time.

Yoga nidra tonight at my house. Drinking tea to avoid sleeping and snoring during the meditation.
